Social House
A New Dorm for Harvard University

GSD Fall 2009 | Critic: Nat Belcher

The site for the project is along a street that is in a bustling part of the city. In order to establish privacy for the students a zone of public spaces is used to mediate between the program. In order to promote and encourage a social life in the house, a series of interconnected spaces are organized diagonally across the two living towers that serve as circulation routes.
